Role:
- Be face of Spanedea to all teacher clients registered on Spanedea

Create and follow funnel approach to client engagement and revenue enhancement
- Level 1 Engagement: Motivate registered teachers to create courses
- Level 2 Engagement: Motivate teachers who has created courses to engage with students to create their first transaction
- Level 3 Engagement: Motivate teachers who have paying students to consume more and more of their inventory on Spanedea and enhance their business

Conceptualise, create and execute tools of engagement for client teachers. Sample tools are:
- Contests
- Communication through email, phone and in-person visit
- Meet and Greet - Online and Offline
- Training webinars (Understanding Spanedea, How to make most of Spanedea etc.)
- Best practices sharing
- Feature Teacher Program
- Linkedin Group - Teachers at Spanedea
- Teacher Blogs
- Control quality of teachers. Create metrics and systems to identify teachers who should be smoothly exited from Spanedea eco-system
- Identify 3 teachers for each course segment who can be part of Spanedea’s “Feature Teacher Program”
